Important Information

• As part of our artistic concept, we produce all items by hand, making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. Therefore, there may be differences between the products and the images, as well as differences between one item and another.
• If the item is out of stock, please expect about three weeks for the product to be prepared after confirming the order details. Only after the order is confirmed and the item is in stock can we deliver it within 14 business days.
• The items are food-safe and dishwasher resistant.
• Items can be ordered in different quantities by prior arrangement.

Product Packaging

The items come well-packaged as a gift. A greeting card can be included if sending as a gift; please provide the details during the order.

Delivery and Shipping

• Products will be shipped via registered mail or courier within 14 business days only after the order is confirmed, the item is in stock, and payment is received.
• Items can be picked up directly from the studio by prior arrangement at no delivery cost.
• Products can be returned within 14 days if they have not been used and are in their original condition; shipping fees are non-refundable.
